Clear light yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cinnamon, moderate ginger. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (170508)

Jun 29, 2008 Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Denseoff white head. Spice (ginger), fruits, yeast and sweetness in the aroma. Flavour of ginger, light herbs, spice and flowers. Medium bodied. Sweet and spicy end. Quite refreshing .

Jun 29, 2008 Bottle 0.5 l. Bought Superbrugsen Ulleroed. VEry spcy aroma filled with ginger. Colour slightly unclear golden amber with nice white head. flavour dominated by the ginger. Definitely there is something else - according to the description it should be hips, but I cannot recognize the the taste for sure. As I am very fond of ginger I like this beer very much.

Jun 26, 2008 Bottle. Pours clear golden amber witha medium white head. Aroma is spicy with ginger and hips dominating. Flavour is way too dominated by the ginger and hips and ends up with a grainy bitterness.

I was pleasantly surprised by this. Hasy orange body and big, quickly faling white head. Strong gingery aroma Slightly sour taste and lingering spicyness in the aftertaste.
