kopestes (157), Braine l’Alleud, Belgium Jun 10, 2008 0.5l bottle. My friend Kåre sent me three different stouts from Denmark and this is the one I liked the most. You can feel roasted malt and sweetenes that ends up in pleasant bitterness. Well crafted beer indeed. trapez (168), Hilleroed, Denmark May 24, 2008 Bottle 0.5 l. Bought Irma Hilleroed. Colour black with small beige head. Aroma dark chocolate and smoke. Tastes like the aroma -slightly bitter from the hops. I have tasted this stout more than 10 times and never really felt anything extraordinary contrary to most brews from Brøckhouse. Soft mouthfeel. KimJohansen (2302), Copenhagen V, Denmark May 22, 2008 Black with medium beige head. Sweet with roasted malt, caramel, coffee and liquerice notes. Ends mild bitter. plovmand (368), Helsinge, Denmark Apr 22, 2008 Bottle. 5,6% ABV. Pours dark brown/black with big light brown head. In nose roasted malts and notes of coffee, some smoke and a little chocolate. Flavour is about the same with the roastiness in front, smoke, coffee and it ends of in a watery bitterness. Quite good for a "low" percenter stout. Pinball (197), Allerød, Denmark Apr 14, 2008 i am surprised how high a rating i give right now, but this is a very well crafted beer. soft, good looking, tastes great and it’s not even that strong. I can’t remember to have tasted this good a stout with such a low alc. percentage. If you like stout even just a little bit, you’ve got to try this one.
