A black beer with a beutiful chocolate brown head. The aroma is light with notes of sweetness, fruitiness and slight chocolate notes. The flavor is creamy soft, sweet, slightly smoked with a lot of chocolate and coffee notes. A very complex flavor - ending on a pretty strong bitterness. A really great stout with great complexity. Though not very smoked for a stout. I'll definatly go back for this one - and if You get the chance - try it!!!

(Bottle 50 cl) Black as darkest night, no light slips through this. Even the head is dark, dark brown - a creamy "cappuchino"-like head. Very roasted malt - if not exactly burned. And then again the typical, fruity Brøckhose house character. Very delicate. 051004

50 cL bottle. Pours deep brown/black with creamy shout lasting head. Clear roasted malt aroma. Taste is a nice balance between roasted malt and bitterness, short aftertaste - a very easy to drink porter without any edges (sadly)

Very dark brown with huge medium-brown head. Roasty notes in the nose with black malt. Some nuttiness. Thick malts and chocolate, some tar, hints of coffee. Chewy, sweet finish.
