3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 fiulijn (10383) - Como, - DEC 14, 2008
Cask Conditioned at Market Porter, London Mahogany color, thin head. There is a light aroma of fruits and earthy character. Quite dark caramel flavor and strong bitterness, with a bitter fruity touch, not very pleasant for me. Drinkable, but something is not for me here.

On cask at the 2012 NWAF, Manchester. Pours a dark purple, Ribena colour with a really different, thick Belgian Blue cow toned (blue-white) head. Aroma of yeast and Weetabix malt. Fruity and malty. Similar malty flavour with some grass and yeast again. Moderate carbonation and a dry finish.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 wizardjoe (11) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 29, 2011
Immediate colour is more pleasing than the settled colour. Nice aroma, decent taste, nice drink to have between two heavier beers.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 15/20 WASW (46) - - DEC 28, 2011
Rich violet-lilac colours settle into a purple-brown body. Fruity aroma and taste settle into a mild and smooth drink.

Expected some belgian quality - got a fairly uninteresting BBB. Not bad but nothing to get me out of bed to be honest.

Cask, Tilleys, Newcastle. Soft and fruity, purple-tinged head and a blackcurrant appearance. Reminded me of Abita Purple Haze. Blueberry aroma, smooth and very easy drinking, with a lovely fresh aftertaste. Excellent UK fruit beer.

Cask Conditioned handpump Wig & Pen Northampton. An amber coloured beer with a whitish head and lacing. A full bodied beer with fruity notes throughout. Some earthy malts in the nose. Quite tasty.

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: This is one stinky beer, like its as if they’ve stirred the beer with a dirty cows ass. Theres some fruity natured stuff going on but totally dominated by ass.
