A distinctive fruity pale ale, well balanced with a powerful floral bouquet, full-bodied and a predominantly dry aftertaste.

Palate - Medium body, soft creamy texture. soft bitter finish
Overall - Quite nice, malts are quite creamy in this

Small white head. Clear yellow body. Fruity floral aroma with doughy notes. Dry-sweet fruity gooseberry taste with strawy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. UPDATED: OCT 23, 2013 From mini keg (thanks to Doddy for the pour) on the train to Edinburgh (post breakfast beer) - 08/12/12. Clear pale blonde with a decent frothy white head that retains well. Nose is light hops, summer fruits, vanilla, touch butterscotch, light yeast esters, banana. Taste comrises pale malts, orchard fruits, light hops, some residual sugars. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry finish. Shade above average.
