Bottled. A yellow beer with a thick off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and elderflowers. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, elderflowers, and a bit of hops, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Bottle, Ale Cellar, Darlington. So this is what the Steelers guzzle after a good tear up down at the rink eh ? Pallid golden colour with a small white head. Nice hop/malt balance with a gentle fruitiness. Clean and perfectly drinkable with a dry, pleasantly lingering finish.

bottle thanks to tashi’s. Ok i better own up to this one. I’m telling you, it DOES smell of young fresh wild mushrooms!! :-) and a forrest bumkin like me should know... but back to the beer: Aroma of, here we go, wild mushroom and herbal flowers. Light straw colour with a thin lacy head. Flavours of unkilned malt and bold hops give it a very pleasant round taste. Well conditioned, good beer.

A Mes rate: bottle thanks to Tashi.
Good clean blonde colour with a thin white head and very good condition. Lovely fruity hops aroma with a good dump of pineapple and some good underlying malt. Tasty and drinkable. Good hops giving a pleasing bitterness balanced with a nice earthy finish. Not full of complexity but a likeable character all the same.

Oh and thanks to Dave for FORCING me to write up the commercial description.
