Bottle 500ml.
Clear light to medium amber color with a large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, sugar, light hoppy, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100118]

Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Amber with a dense off-white head. Aromas are caramel with weetabix and yeast. Light pear with some floral notes. Flavours are light, sweet caramel and toffee. Tinned pear with bready yeast. Fruity and dry on the finish. Decent.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and butterscotch. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and a bit of butterscotch, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a frothy off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma. Medium body, sweet caramel and fruits with hardly any hops. Has a vague underlying tartness. 180110
