On draught at Brady’s Brewhouse in downtown New Richmond, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber colored brew with a creamy, thick and rocky off white head that has some excellent retention. Aroma of the basic American C’s hops, a hint of caramel, grapefruit and some mild spice. Taste is mostly citrus hops, some light caramel and a touch of rhubarb. Finish is semi-dry with aftertaste of grapefruit and some citrus zest. Starting to show some IPS character yet still has some dry citrus profile.
