COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light bodied ale with a golden/yellow hue and a light grainy flavor. Brewed with pale, caramel and wheat malt. Flavored with Glacier, Cascade and Mt. Hood hops.

5 oz. pour, on tap at the brewpub. Consumed on 7-3-14. Listed as 4.2% ABV. Pours a clear brass with nearly white head. Floral, creamy aroma features a caramel scent. Floral, creamy, milky flavor features a caramel element. Also a touch of champagne in the taste. Nice but bland taste. Light body. Lively in the palate.

Tap at Brady’s on Nov. 18, 2011. Mostly clear light gold pour with a nice white laced head. Aroma and taste of wheat and light fruit. Nice.

On tap at Brady’s Brewhouse. Mildly hazed amber with a thin tan head. Aroma is wheat, grains, malt and light lemon. Taste is light in every aspect with wheat, lemon and citrus and a bit of toasted malt with a mildly dry finish.

On draught at Brady’s Brewhouse in downtown New Richmond, Wisconsin. Pours a clear light golden amber colored brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing and a thin white ring. Aroma of golden grain malt, a hint of fruit, floral hops and a touch of wheat flour. Taste has more toasted golden grain malt than detected from aroma. Flavor is light to medium bodied with flavors of toasted golden grain malt, a hint of flaked wheat and very light floral hops. Finish has low bitterness with a slowly disappearing toasted golden grain malt aftertaste.
