Pig’s Ear. Slightly hazy amber beer, tidy off white head. Light dry palate. Nice mild citrus hops with a touch of strawberry. Nice even malt backbone. Dry finish. Alright.

Unclear matt light medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramle malt, light to moderate hoppy, dusty hops, light to moderate yeasty, UK yeast, apple, phenol. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dolle. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20111209]
