As far as I know, this beer is only available on tap. First thing you notice is the huge white head that is taking all over your glass. This beer should be called Brahma White. Then foam is turning brownish, since the beer (beer-beer; what that means? I don’t know) is slowly appearing. Color is black, with hints of purple (I kid you not). Looks good, for sure. Taste of sugar, dulce de leche and grape juice. I love grape juice (I kid you not). But I love my grape juice with hints of acidity, not of excessive sweetness (Fruité-like). This is sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet but not sweet sweetback’s baadasssss-kind of. Just plain, boring sweetness. This is sure a « nice » change from the regular Brahma when you’re sitting your ass on Copacabana beach but I recommand you not to waste your time and try some caïpirinha instead. Or drink water. Water is good.

Near total black in colour with a super creamy tan head. Very little aroma but the aroma that’s there is sweet. It’s also pretty tasteless but the taste that’s there is sweet caramel. No bitterness, no complexity or depth however it feels beautiful in the mouth with its very light carbonation. Definitely better than regular Brahma Chopp but still not overly interesting.

Draught Restaurant in Niteroi. Pours near black with generous creamy off-white head. Sweet, malty aroma. Light to Medium bodied. Sweetish taste but not cloying.

The best "chopp preto" or black draft beer in Brazil. I really don´t undestand this history of "nitro flavor" Somebody here really drank nitro to know it´s flavor?

Pours dark brown with big nitro head. Weak caramel aroma. Taste is watery, grany and caramel. Very sweet

Tap. Nice black draft beer. Giant white/yellow creamy head. Really creamy and flavor of toasted malt could be percepted. Too low the bitterness, almost sweet beer. Nice to drink in hot day like is normal here in Rio.
Chopp bom, meio adocicado e com baixa amargura, se bem tirado fica bom, a espuma dura o tempo em que o chopp está no copo, começa apenas com dois dedos de chopp e em seguida a espuma começa a subir dando lugar ao chopp por inteiro no copo, excelente na minha opnião.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2008 Aspecto maravilhoso. O efeito no copo é show. Coloração preta, com creme marrom gigantesco, além de cremoso. Ótima consistência. Todavia, falta aroma e sabor.
