Commercial Description:

Pours a strong bronze color with a big white airy head that sticks to the sides of the glass and leaves a tiny lacing after a couple of minutes. Damn, this is a non-Reinheitsgebot Heller Bock as the aroma shows. Adjuncts and a veggie hint accompany a rather malty aroma of grains, barley, honey, corn syrup and some oranges. Flavor is sweet, strong and pretty decent for such a comercial beer. Notes of honey, caramelized oranges, tangerines and a little of "Licor de Oro". Finishes with some alcoholic punch. Body is BIG, maybe chilean biggest lager. Full mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Long finish that leaves a sweet slightly medicinal and fruity aftertaste. Highly alcoholic but not burning. Drinkable.

Dark golden color with a small white head. Aroma of alcohol, caramel, and weak notes of hops. At first, flavor is kind of insipid and lacks maltness, but by the middle it gains more bitterness and notes of caramel and malt. Middle body and lively carbonation, watery finish. But it’s pretty decent for a Brahma beer.

Appearance: copper color. Medium head with ivory color and medium persistency. Aroma: to malts and adjunct mainly, light candy and honey note, some hops smell (but like in pellet). Flavor: sweet start from malts and adjunct. Light but some artificial candy touches. Slight herbal dryness, maybe, from hops. Palate: light body and medium carbonation. Remark: a heller bock?...definitively no, poor beer, but maybe the best of Brahma in Chile.
