COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle, keg and can: Filtered.
First brewed in 1909 as a draft (chopp) beer. Launched as a bottled beer in 1934.
"Light, bright and crystalline beer. It is lighter, with the classic mouthfeel of a lager beer, strong body flavor, neutral aroma, bitterness level less accentuated and medium alcoholic content."

A pale lager like there are many. Nothing special... had it, marking it down, moving on.

Bottle. Yellow colour. Weak aroma. Weak in flavour. A bit watery. Have had better beers.

Clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet and light malty. Flavor is medium sweet and no bitterness at all. Watery and thin bodied. 160211

Not a lot to say. Yellow in colour, fast disappearing head. Lack of any real aroma and minimal bitterish taste. Will give a bad headache even after a moderate amount. Avoid it unless desperate.

Chopp....the staple brazilian city beer. Once again, it’s tasteless and otherwise inoffensive.

Bottle. Light honey colour with a thin head. Hops in the aroma and flavour. Dry on the palate but lacking a bit of flavour

Bottle Bar, Jericoacoara. Poured light yellow, large head. Mild aroma. Very light bodied. Like most Brazilian macros in this style, the experience is not in the taste but in the refreshment. No worse than its nearest rivals.

Can. Standard pale gold color with a fizzy white head and aromas of corn, skunk, and malts. Basically, like Budweiser except consumed in Rio de Janeiro. Pretty lousy stuff.
