Bottle, keg and can: Filtered.
First brewed in 1909 as a draft (chopp) beer. Launched as a bottled beer in 1934.
"Light, bright and crystalline beer. It is lighter, with the classic mouthfeel of a lager beer, strong body flavor, neutral aroma, bitterness level less accentuated and medium alcoholic content."

47,3cl can shared by Arve_Christian - thanks. Pours clear pale with a small, white head. Slightly nauseating aroma with cooked vegetables, burned rubber and hints of grain and honey. Sweetish with some lightly sour notes and not much bitterness to speak of.

helder gouden met witte kraag, aroma van pilsmouten, graan, beetje goedkoop. smaken zijn erg licht, goedkoop ’oosteuropees-achtig’ granige tonen, muffig en nat karton, de rest doorgespoeld, nee bah !

350 ml can in Brazilian Amazon and again at Manuas aeroporte. Initially decent but weak white head over a clear, light golden body. Light colored even for style. OK lacing. FEEL: Light body with crisp, medium-high carbonation. taste: typical light lager with hints of cereal as well and light malts and a touch of hops. Mild but lingering aftertaste more clearly reveals the herbal hops as well as some metallic aspects. smell: faint cereal and light malts with a touch of spicy hops. O: average at best for this style in northern Brazil. Certainly not worth seeking out but passable.

On can from supermarket in Bela Horizonte. Golden color, ok foam. Aromas of boiled vegetables, light citrus and very light hop. Light body & complexity. Good bitterness. It was a great deal better in Brazil at the World Cup

Bottle. Aroma somewhat astringent, otherwise pale malt and stale hops. Clear light yellow colour. Taste is neutral, light sourness, dull metallic bitterness. Overall characterless and f-in close to water.

I lived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for some 5 years ... this bottled version that is available here in the U.S. does not "compete" with the real draft version that is available in bars in Brazil ... this beer is not Pasteurized in Brazil, however, the bottled version here in the U.S. Some taste, and flavor is compromised.
