First brewed in 1909 as a draft (chopp) beer. Launched as a bottled beer in 1934.
"Light, bright and crystalline beer. It is lighter, with the classic mouthfeel of a lager beer, strong body flavor, neutral aroma, bitterness level less accentuated and medium alcoholic content."

Mass produced lager that is marketed extensively throughout Latin America. A pale yellow price point leader with little aroma, hop character or mouthfeel. Very nuetral and average - good for what you pay. I’ve had this in several Latin American countries.

Can in a bar in Havana. Very pale gold. This was frankly awful. I’d have given it a better mark if it actually had no taste at all! Pure muck. It was endurance test to finish. Could be used to extract confessions from captives.

0,33lDose. Deutlicher Duft nach Wald Honig. Auch im Geschmack leicht bittere Honigaromen. Leider keinerlei Abgang. Insgesamt zu wässerig. Hat kalt aus der Flasche in Brasilien besser geschmeckt!

This beer is very watery. Slight taste of beer in background, lots of undocumented sugars. Very very pale. Only slightly yellowed than water.

Tall boy can from a Buenos Aires supermarket. Nose is sweaty sour maize and surprisingly pleasant herbsal hops. Flavor also has a nice dose of barley malt flavor that is virtually non-existent in the macrolagers of the north. I find this to be the case with many of the commercial beers here - there is still an effort to adhere to some old world standard or tradition of barley-based lager. In this case, the barley notes are upset the slightest bit of garbagey-mediciney-vitamany adjunct flavor, by and some and some generic soapy hop flavors that create an abrupt finish.

Cerveja clara, sabor e aroma inexistente que em nada lembra uma boa cerveja, apenas para ser bebida em quantidade alta

Golden color and minimal head. Light malty aroma. On the palate, it is very light and refreshing. Good beer for the summer!

Can found in a South-American shop in Düsseldorf. The beer starts thin and grainy. A bit of sweetness there, not much body, not much aroma. Easy to drink with hints of beer in the background. No depth, no bitterness. Only hints of watery grain.
