"A blend of dark and chocolate malts, gives this dark mild a full flavour. The beer has a delicate hop and chocolate aroma while the palate starts malty with a slight nuttiness, but then gives way to a light dry finish."

Decent mild - a little more hop than you’d expect, but pleasant - coffee grounds, dark chocolate, nuttiness. Slides pleasantly over palate. A little overcarbonated.

Bottle from Auchan Market in Luxembourg City!
Pours deep black with creamy off-white head. Smells chocolatey and nutty, with lots of roasted malts. Starts with massive roasted malts. Middle part has lots of chocolate and caramel. Goes into a very dark and bitter roasted finish with some sourish malts.

Aroma leve de alcaçuz e sabor que varia entre chocolate e café. Seca. Apesar de pouco alcoolica, tem sabor leve.

UPDATED: MAR 2, 2013 There’s not much of an aroma to start with, except for a foul whiff of some effluent, which later turns to dried dates, as the beer warms. The beer pours walnut brown and it looks great in the glass. Black, with a creamy head. Flavours of roast malts, a bit of chocolate and plenty of ash. No fruitiness detected. More like a Schwarzbier. Thin bodied, it is a pleasant drink, this Welsh dark, but I’d like to try their different stouts for a comparison.

Slightly roasted and sweet aroma has chocolate, coffee, licorice, dark dried fruits, ash. Clear darkbrown-red to black, frothy airy head is beige, leaves lacing. Dry and roasted flavor has some bitterness, medium body, soft feel with some thickness, chocolate finish is dry. Good one, tasty, nice looks and palate.

Rich chocolaty stout, with a slight sweetness, but without the heavy alcohol kick of many chocolate stouts.
