Cask handpull into a plastic pint pot, The Golden Cross, Cardiff. Lager gold with a slim white cap. Watery streak of tangerine, grapefruit even, peanut husk malt. Toasted cereals, flatness, hint of orange peel aroma. Clean, pleasant, nothing much to it..

Clear golden with smooth solid white lacing foam head. Fun to watch the beer settle. Not too much of an aroma, little hoppy. Does not taste like an IPA, a bitter indeed. Nice beer though. (Cardiff 201312)

Nice soft head. Smell of an unaired closed-up summerhouse. Less like an IPA and more like a traditional English Pub-ale. The hoppiness is not as apparent as usually is the case with an IPA. Anyway - a very enjoyable ale that Iíd like to drink again.

Cask @ The Hop Poles, because Iím a masochist. The pourís medium gold with a small head. The aromaís white bread, carmel, and far. The taste is more of the same. Weak tea, some caramel. Light body, fine carbonation. Overall, this is a bit like a shark sandwich, you know?

Cask conditioned at The Chequers, Oxford. Amber to brown with thin white head. Thin, wishy-washy beer, malty to a point, slightly metallic. Not that much going for it.
