Ungstrup (11568), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 19, 2006 [Cask at GBBF 2005] A pale orange-brown beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with very strong notes of caramel, and then some honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey and caramel, but also light flowery notes from the hops, leading to a dry honey end. Mads Langtved (2246), København K, Denmark Nov 25, 2005 Cask conditioned, GBBF 2005:
Herbal aroma. Quite yeasty. Some sediment is present as well. Not a pleasant beer. leaparsons (4041), Leicester, Leicestershire, England Aug 4, 2005 Cask, GBBF. Golden with white bubbles. Aromas are light and buttery caramel malts - quite sweet. Flavours are caramel malts with slightly metallic hops. Average at best, just like Glamorgan Cricket Club that this beer promotes.
