Cask - The Bell Hotel (JDW), Norwich. Poured with a relatively small & bubbly though lasting white head atop a clear, deep ruddy amber body. A nuttiness runs throughout all apsects. Mid fruits - berries & raisins - and roasty malt notes on the aroma. A bit of earth and yeast amongst the mid fruit and slight biscuity tones on the tongue. Light to medium body, fruity finish with a subtler roastiness coming through late on.

Rerated the very next day, with the temperature outside a good 10 degrees lower - a very nice warming pint.
