Cask Handpump at The Green Dragon, Cambridge. Golden with a short head. Lemon, grasses and carrots in the nose. Some carbonation. Bitter with a dry end. Citrus-orange mouth. Not much to it but nice.

Cask. Mild candied malt nose, deep amber, small white head. Flavour is a lovely fruity start, the malt is so good, reminds me of homemade dark bread. Light bodied, well balanced, creamy smooth, drinks so easily. A fine session.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Copper with a small white head. All I could think of to say about the aroma was polythene wrapping, a simile that does it no justice. Warm malty taste with a hint of marmalade. Some bitterness. Pretty good.

Bottle from Conwy Tesco. Orange gold with a thinning white head. Some decent grassy and jellied orange hop notes in the aroma with celery and sweetcorn hints. Decent punch of juicy citrus and bitterness leading into creamy malt and cashew afters, a little almond showing. Very clean wafery malt afters. Would be an attractively tangy GA unpasteurised.
