2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 SP (36) - - APR 14, 2011
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 bedainedebiere (493) - Terrebonne, Quebec, CANADA - APR 11, 2011
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Roli (404) - laval, Quebec, CANADA - APR 10, 2011
On tap at the brewpub. Pint size. Amber color with a thin white head. Lightly roasted malts and some caramel sweetness in the taste. Fizzy (more than average), medium bitterness and dry finish. Nothing «impressive» but a good execution! Hoping to see more of their own beers in the future.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Quevillon (2011) - Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, CANADA - APR 5, 2011
Drank on tap (20 ish oz) at the brewpub, on April 5, 2011. Ruby caramel, small head. Aroma of malted barley very sweet, slightly spicy. Taste of dry barley, slightly tart, slightly malty, a bit bitter aftertaste. Rather raw, but drinkable, a good start for Braise et Houblon!
