Appearance: Clear amber/copper with 2 finger thick white head. Aroma: Biscuit, pepper, grassy/hay and nutty. Taste: Medium bitterness, low sweet and sourness. Palate: Thick coarse texture, light body, average carbonation, astringent abrupt malty and peppery, nutty finish. Comments: Tasty and glass lace.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a medium head. Smell of caramel, honey and floral hops. Taste - same as the nose, mild bitterness, clean dry finish. Medium body, soft and smooth. Quaffable.

(Bottle): Pours a clear, dark amber with small white head. Floral hoppiness in the aroma with hints of malt. Taste is predominantly hoppy with a base of sweet maltiness. Also some faint smokey notes on the finish. Mild bitterness, medium body.
