Bottle. Clear amber with an off white head. Aroma is floral and slightly biscuity with a bit of a cheesy note. Taste has a little caramel and biscuit with plenty of bitterness for an ordinary bitter. Mouthfeel just about avoids being watery. Bitter finish could use a little spice. Refreshing on a warm night.

500 ml bottle.
Pours a clear copper colour with a large, lacy, foamy head. Aroma of nuts and grainy malts. Flavour of decent English hops, nuts and grass. Medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel and a dry bitter finish. Average bitter.

Quite light, but enjoyble with its balanced low bitterness and sweetness. a bit different to the average bitter.

Clear amber orange with little head. Has some floral notes and a little bitterness. Thin and not much going on here, but pleasant enough for a low abv beer.

Mid-brown with a fine white head, with an aroma of hops, a little wholemeal bread and a hint of honey. Clean and malty on the palate with a good hop bitterness that last into the dry-bitter aftertaste. Well balanced.

Old rate. Bottle from private order through LCBO. Pours a clear medium with slight head. Sweet English hops in the aroma. Taste is the same but with some caramel malt providing the balance. Subtle hop bite in the finish along with a slight woodiness. Decent especially considering the low alcohol.

0.5L bottle, very little head, clear light amber colour, dominant herbal hoppy aroma with some metalic notes, a bit reminiscent of a lager, malty flavour of bread caramel and some candy with a strong complementing bitterness. medium bitter sweetish aftertaste. Quaffable and easy to drink.

500ml bottle. Pours a clear, dark brown with a large, frothy head. Aroma is bread and some slightly skunky fruity hops. Some bread to start. Fruity finish with some skunk. Some bready yeast on the aftertaste. Tad thin. Not a bad beer, just a bit boring.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light toffee, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty, caramel, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101124]
