Cask; Seasonal - January & February.
Late hopped with Goldings for a delicate floral aroma. This golden colour beer has a full malty flavour and slight citrus zest, balanced by a hop flavour reminiscent of marmalade

William IV, Leyton. Big wheaty head and cloudy appearance. Sour notes. Some dull bitterness. Doesn’t quite seem to pull togeher.

Cask condioned & on hand pump at The Babington in Derby. Mid Brown in Colour. A light tasting beer with hints of Bread in it. Quite washy & uninspiring though :(
