COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Henry thinks he has a bit of continental style like a fine wine. With backbone...long and clean...and with an elegant finish. The truth is he's a good honest beer, Oxfordshire born and bred. (May/June)

Cask. Cloudy, dark copper colour. Nice creamy head. Flowery aroma, fresh fruit. Grassy hoppiness in flavour. Aftertaste is OK bitter, slightly astringent and with some aromatic hoppiness also. Nice, semi-creamy mouthfeel.

Unusually strong for a hot weather summer ale, perhaps Brakspear know what a British summer is really like. It tastes simular to their old ale and bitter.
