3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Vladivostok (103) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUN 3, 2010
The higher gravity makes it feel a little less bitter than the ordinary, but you still couldn’t call it sweet. Very distinctive flavour, I guess toffee and caramel but in unusual proportins and a very long bitter finish. One of those beers that it’s hard to mistake for anything else.

Aroma gives less than i may have wanted, malt character which seems to be common from this brewery. Taste is a bit richer, malts which give sweetness and hops which give spiceyness and orange peel, a good session ale.
