wilderthanyou (303), Guelph, Ontario, Canada Dec 15, 2007 Pours a dark amber with a beige head that disolves into a a bit of swirl and some spotty lace. The aroma is of apples, malt, and spice. The flavours reflect the aroma, with apple and pear upfront, some malt sweetness, a bit of toffee, and something in the finish that is familiar but I can’t quite peg. Perfect carbonation, good mouth feel, well put together. A tasty brew from Brakspear.

Deep reddy-brown, small white head. Huge fruity ester aroma. Taste follows that lead, but adds a perfumed honeyness. Sticky and delicious.
