Commercial Description:
Bottle Conditioned.
Ingredients: Maris Otter, Crystal and Black malts; Northdown hops plus Cascade at the end of the boil.
"A beer conceived by Head Brewer Jeremy Moss, to celebrate the return of Brakspear brewing to Oxfordshire. This is a triple fermented, triple hopped strong beer, packaged in individually numbered bottles. With its high alcohol content and bottle conditioning, this is a beer that will go on to develop further complexity as it matures in its bottle."

In the style of a Belgian Triple. Light beer. Darker brown colour, light to no head. A little heavy on the alcohol content but damn if I could tell! This is a great triple, smooth, consistent, complex. Smells and tastes of citrus and somehow roasted malts. Yum.

Clear amber with medium beige head. Sweet fruity aroma with caramel, roasted malt and alcohol notes. Sweet flavor with caramel, ripe fruits, roasted malt and mild hoppy notes. Ends bitter.

Deep reddy-brown, small white head. Huge fruity ester aroma. Taste follows that lead, but adds a perfumed honeyness. Sticky and delicious. Want again, when it’s older.
