The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of caramel and brown sugar, as well as medium notes of pumpernickel bread, and light notes of alcohol. Aroma is bigtime caramel and some glueish notes. Flavour is sweet malts, glueish grassy alcohol. Not very pleasant. Glueish alcohol sticking in the aftertaste and finish. Amber color, small beige head. Roasted dark malts, toffee and some iron in the nose. Very thin for being 7.5 % doppelbock. Toasted malts, sugars and light grassy hops. Lame.
