3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Papsoe (25131) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 15, 2005
UPDATED: JUN 26, 2005 (Bottle 30 cl) Fully golden, small creamy head. Flowery nose which turns almost perfumy in the beer’s flavours - without ever being cloying. This unusual pilsener is also very dry with a rather pronounced bitterness. Is this spiced with coriander and orange peel??? Well, thats the suspicion one could get. Excellent but very unusual for a pils. 140505
