Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dry hay, hay, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081119]

A yellow beer with no head. The aroma is of tea, hops, and grass. The flavor is of tea and hops. A quite nice pilsener.

From tap as Brand Up. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild hoppy with a ligt citrusy note showing through. Mild malty base flavour with a mild caramel malt note and light bitterness showing through. Mild fruity into the far finish.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2005 (Bottle 30 cl) Fully golden, small creamy head. Flowery nose which turns almost perfumy in the beer’s flavours - without ever being cloying. This unusual pilsener is also very dry with a rather pronounced bitterness. Is this spiced with coriander and orange peel??? Well, thats the suspicion one could get. Excellent but very unusual for a pils. 140505

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is grass, hops, some lemon and spices. Flavour is sweet fruity hops along with lots of grass. Long grasy and bitter aftertaste. Wellbalanced and actually a very nice pilsener.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2007 Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Bright golden, small head. Light buttery crystal malt aroma. Sweet with clean, solid, dense, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and medium bodied with some salty, grassy hops. Medium bitterness.

Light blond color. Very nice hoppy aroma, almost fruity. Average body, still with a quite good hopping.

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2008 Bottle. Fruity aroma, seems a little peppery. Golden colour, stable white head. Slightly sweet flavour, malty. Bready aftertaste with a harsh bitterness. Seems like a dortmunder to me. 7 3 5 3 10

Draught, 5.5%. Very weak aroma. The flavour has a little malt and nice white bread. The finish is more like rye. Creamy mouthfeel. Quite clean. 5 3 5 3 11

UPDATED: AUG 11, 2009 Golden colour. Minimal head. Herbal spicy and mossy hops mix with bready malts on the nose - it’s all very nondescript. Mild palate, with some minty hops and bready malts. Relatively clean and balanced macrobrew, with a mild bitterness. Drinkable.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet malty aroma with hints of caramel and grassy hops. Hoppy flavour with grassy and malt notes. Finished bitter.
