Very, very nice full bodied pilsener. The taste is hard to describe but it’s really authentic and hoppy. The commercial description says: ’strong taste, dry aftertaste’, and that’s right. I only drank this beer in bottles, I’d like to try it on tap.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of some noble hops and grainy malt. Flavor starts with some sweetish malt and continues bitter with some slightly grassy hoppiness. Light to medium-bodied.

Aroma of malt, grain, hint of citrus, fresh hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a distinctively bitter finish. Quite nice Pilsener, a huge surprise.

Bottle from Jan Linders, Eindhoven, on December 13, 2014.
As I can remember the bottle only had a neck label, from which I wrote down "Brand Up Urtyp Pilsener" at 5.5% ABV, this entry looks to be that one though.
Clear straw yellow color, fluffy white head. Malty, grainy scent. Malty, a bit hoppy taste. Bitter aftertaste. Weak thin mouthfeel, low bitterness.

33cl bottle Appearance: Crystal clear light gold, with a white fluffy head of 2 fingers. Aroma: grass, grains, light herbal tones Taste: bready malts and a light but a bit dusty gass hop finish comming from the Saaz hops. Thin body, average carbonation. Refreshing good pilsner.Probably the best Pilsner you can find in a Dutch Supermarket.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks vipinvelp! Clear pale gold with white head. Almost no aroma, then after it sits in the glas old saaz hops. Very bitter, malty and a little grassy hops in the mouth. Light body, very carbonated, a little malty finish.

At a tasting, thanks kerenmk, smallish head clear pale yellow colour, aroma of water, yeast and skunk, sweet strange fruity flavour with some yogurt, quite bland. Yuck.

Better than the average pilsener. I love drinking these in footed pilsener glasses in the summer, on any random Dutch terrace. Great for quenching the thirst. Very drinkable, and the bitter finish keeps me coming back for more.
