Tap@ De Klep. Gouden kleur, vaste dichte kraag die als een laagje op het bier blijft liggen. Weinig aroma, smaakt lichtfruitig, bitterzoet met een hint van iets wat me aan wcblokjes doet denken. Goed te drinken, niks speciaals.

Draught. Pours clear golden with small white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of fruit and flowers ending rather dry and estery. Bitter aftertaste. OK but nothing special for the style.

From tap. Very clear pale golden. Dense and fairly persistent white head and lacing. Refreshing aroma. Heavier taste, with banana and coriander. Medium long aftertaste. Little hops taste for such a pale beer.

Peale golden with small white head. Spicy yeast up front with some coriander and cloves, goes into sweet malts and tropical fruits and has quite a strong bitter finish. Not very aromatic but decently balanced stuff. Medium bodied. Ok but not as good as the classic Belgians

Dark yellow with lacing white foam head. Aroma is malty with some floral notes. Taste lightly sweet, fruity, malt and alcohol content. Some wheat. Short lasting aftertaste. (Velp 201406)

Thick and strong with some unbalanced carbo. Vanilla mixed up with yeast and some malty moments. Drinkbale, nice, nearly classy.

Pours out of the bottle in a cloudy golden-yellow colour with low ehad and smooth body. Aroma of Belgian yeast and hops. Taste of fresh hops, mandarinas, straw, torf, apricots and herbs. Flowery and mild finish. Very nice beer, didn’t expect it that nice.

30 cl bottle at home. Golden color beer, whith a white head, light carbonation. Taste: fresh, spicy, some fruit, some nice alcohol, little bitter. Nice beer.

Heerlijk fris. Soort van extra zwaar pils. Zelfde kleur maar iets donkerder. Heel klein zoetje erin. Vast lekker als het erg warm is.

Mooi donker geel bier met goede hoppige bitterheid. Smaak is kruidig en intens en blijft lang hangen. Een terechte winnaar.

Bottled. Clear Golden color, lacy medium head. Phenolic, clove-like aroma, bubblegum, a hint of banana, slightly harsh. Light pils malty flavor, overall quite dry, slightly sour yeast. Finishes dry and crisply yeasty, low bitterness. Light bitterness in the finish. No surprises, but quite OK.
