Tap@ De Klep. Gouden kleur, vaste dichte kraag die als een laagje op het bier blijft liggen. Weinig aroma, smaakt lichtfruitig, bitterzoet met een hint van iets wat me aan wcblokjes doet denken. Goed te drinken, niks speciaals.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity nose with some boiled vegetables. Sugary sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Pea soup, sugar and syrup, some hay. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle at PBFX. Clear yellow color, small white head. Aroma has some green apple. Light-bodied. Fruityness, Belgian yeast and then some harsh bitterness. Zwaar Blend.

33cl bottle @PBF X. Pours golden color with a thick white head. Dried fruits, apricots, sweetness, slight funkyness. Flavor has sweetness, ripe fruits, yeast and some alcohol. Long finish, sweet stuff. Drinkable.

Huge yellowish head over metallic golden beer. Malts, pilsner & lightly toasted; alcohol, white candi sugar, spicy. Again lots of malts, expressly toasted, and alcohol. Slick, alcoholwarmth, medium bodied at least. Typical maltbomb with lots of alcohol.

Not much going on here. Herbal aroma, malty sweet and spicy taste, some alcohol. Resembles a strong lager.

Clear warm golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, apple yeast, caramel, light white pepper and ginger. Sweet malty flavour, slight hint of bitterness, light spicy, alcohol. Full body, sweet finish, bit cloying, spices. Not bad, not great either.

Bottled. had say 5-10 cl, rest went down the drain. Aroma has grain, alcohol and cardboard mainly. Clear, golden coloured beer with a frothy head. Taste is sweet, grainy, has that lovely cardboard as well as those pretty alcoholic tones you want to taste as an alcohol addict. Shit stuff.

A bit of a let down. It lacks flavor and doesn’t has any reason to have this high alcohol percentage other than to attract alcoholics.

Bottled. Clear golden colored, small rapidly disappearing head. Hoppy and spicy nose, typically Belgian strong blond. Spicy and alcoholic flavor, some bitterness. Lasting dry and alcoholic finish. I’m not very impressed, i think i prefer any of the well-known Belgians over this one.

Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, thin white head. Aroma is somewhat dusty, some cardboard, grainy malts, slightly spicy and a hint of peppery hops. Flavor is slightly sweet, rather bitter and a bit boring. Slightly swampy yeast. Not my favorite.
