[Bottle, gift from Dave and Maureen who bought it at the brewery shop - cheers!] Pours a very attractive crystal clear bright amber-orange, with a negligible head. Slight fizz works well with the beer. Aroma and initial taste is of sweet biscuit-y malt, with some lemony citrus. Strong grassy/ herbal overtones come through, and there’s honey in the finish. There’s little bitterness here, but the sweetness is kept in check with a dry palatte. Very enjoyable indeed.

Cask conditioned at The Kings Head, Norwich. Gold to Copper with white head. Nicely balanced, bittersweet beer with a bright wheaty note, some husky malt flavours with a light citric hop. A really good start to the weekend.
