COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Don’t wreck a sublime chocolate experience by feeling guilty. Chocolate isn’t like premarital sex. It will not make you pregnant. And it always feels good. Imperial chocolate milk stout brewed with real cocoa, clocking in at 10%abv, and making love to your mouth like a horny sorority girl.

UPDATED: JAN 3, 2014 Good chocolatey roasty imp stout. Creamy mouth. A bit boozy. I think it would be better at a lower than 10% ABV. Overall, this is good. I’d drink it again if it were available in Texas. Glad it was suggested to me by the guys at RSVP in Portland, ME. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Aroma has notes of sweet roasted malts, chocolate, espresso, light hops and vanilla. Nice. Black in the glass with a small foamy tan head that fully diminished and left no lace. Flavor is very sweet and medium bitter. Palate is very full bodied and oily soft. Overall a very nice Impy. I thought the chocolate milk was done very well. Good balance for what it is trying to be.

Pours opaque with brown head. Oily, smoky, chocolate, and mmmm, molasses. A huge beer and definitely a sipper. Someone start a fire and put my feet up.

Bomber bottle from Champanes, this beer had a dark brown-black pour and made a tan colored half finger head that receded to a sparse cover, there were small spots of lacing on the sides of the glass as I drank, the bottle had a partial ring of sediment along the edge of the bottom and there was a film on the bottom, this impy had aromas of roasted malt, chocolate, faint coffee, very faint vanilla and a little brown sugar sweetness, it had flavors of roasted malt, chocolate and some coffee, there was malt and brown sugar sweetness, there was a little bitterness after the finish with a little malt and sweetness, the bitterness was from the alcohol in this drink, as this drink warmed, the alcohol became more apparent, the mouth feel was about medium, it felt light for a imperial stout, there was average carbonation, as this beer warmed up, it felt watery on the palate, this drink was ok, it was a typical imperial stout with simple roasted malt flavors with chocolate, it was not interesting, the roasted malt aroma or flavor did not have depth, not a bad drink but not a contender with the better impys available.
