COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The quality of the cold brewed coffee that goes into Texas Exile is important to us. That’s why we hooked up with MA coffee roaster Barismo. These guys are as serious about coffee as we are about beer. About 33 gallons of cold brewed coffee goes into each batch of Texas Exile right before fermentation, adding the perfect compliment to the brown sugar and oatmeal flavors of this huge imperial porter. Breakfast just got a punch in the neck.

Bottle, pours black. A good nosed with some sweetness about it big coffee as well but with a very flight fart smell about as well. I found the taste just too much coffee and one toned for me.

22 oz bottle shared with the group. Pours a dark brown to black color with a small tan head. The aroma and flavor have roasted malts, black coffee, a hint of smoke, brown sugar, a little bit of sweetness works in with the roasted notes, dark chocolate with some earthy bitterness. I have liked the stuff I’ve had from these guys.
