COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic example of a British pub ale. This brew uses imported English malt and hops for an authentic taste experience. This ale is a very quaffable pint for those who are looking for a red or amber beer.

Amber in body as advertised, this has a respectable, sustained head and good lacing. The nose is fruity with apples and cherries, sweet with caramel, and balanced by an earthy/herbal bitterness. That bitterness grows somewhat in the flavor, making it fairly refreshing. It finishes on a grassy/earthy note. Also as advertised, very quaffable.

Draft at Brass Restaurant & Brewery. Small off-white mostly lasting head, transparent reddish body, no carbonation observed, and excellent lacing. The aroma is sweet, malty, mildly hoppy, and a slight bitterness. The flavor mimicked the aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly tingly and this is a medium bodied Amber Ale. Very easy to drink and a decent beer for the beer drinker not wanting an overly hoppy tasting beer.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a transparent uncarbonated copper brown colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was malty. An OK brew just nothing special.

Pour is opaque cramel amber with a thin white head...smell is lightly toasty...nice toasty sweet malty flavor with a gentle but lingering bitter finish...
