Cask Stillage at the ABC Festival, Altrincham Market 29/08/2010 Citrussy hop aroma. Slightly pungent. Clear golden coloured and very hoppy with a hint of bitterness and dryness in a very earthy finish.

Cask. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt and light notes of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and elderflowers from the hops, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish. Very refreshing.

Cask conditioned at York Beer Fest ’09. Sl hazed gold with white head. Light and very pleasant beer, plenty of hoppy fruity flavours, like a tropical salad. Bitter and dry in the finish. Very good indeed.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2009 On gravity at the Queen Victoria, Stroud 05/09/09. Slightly hazy, pale gold in colour with a decent white head. Aroma of pineapple, lychee, rosewater and grassy hops. Full mouth feel, with flavour beginning with a touch of sweet malt, more fruit, a hint of yeast and a decent dry finish. Unusual and very enjoyable.
