found this bottle at random shop on the side of the road in Provence, France. aroma is sweet and salty and very smokey. actually smells a lot like funky blue cheese. it pours a cloudy light amber, small beige head. flavor is a mellow blue cheese, smokey and sharp in front with caramel and malt in back . medium-heavy body, a bit thick, almost completely flat. best french beer i’ve had.
