On tap ay Bar De L’Oubli. Murky straw color pour with a white head. Aromas of grain. Mellow grain and cereal highlights Decent balance and mouthfeel A bit one dimensional but still better than the ratings average. Naturally mine selection was on tap and perhaps a bit fresher than others.

0,33L bottle, BB 06.06.2015. Pours hazy golden-amber with small head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is very sweet and fruity. Taste is also very sweet, fruity, peachy, and watery. Overall: not really good, but surprisingly light for the ABV.

Bottle shared by martjoobolut, thanks! Hazy orange, white head. Malts, sweetness, yeast, some hops, fruity tones, pepper. Hides it’s alcohol surprisingly well, but it’s not that great of a brew.

thirstyrabbit (1000) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JAN 25, 2014
Small bottle. Hazy warm orange body with a medium to small head. Aroma has fruity yeast, sourish wheat and muesli. Tastes has a mixture of different grains and yeast, which is somewhat Belgian. Did someone say buckwheat? I think I even pick up a bit of that. A bit messy taste - with so many different components it must be very hard to keep the result harmonious and this one proves it again.

330ml bottle. Light brown color. Small size, fizzy head, stays. Sweet, earthy, apples, vinegar in aroma. Grainy, apples, mild banana in taste. Ripe banana in aftertaste.

330ml bottle
Quite farmhousey grainy grunge, touch of acidity too. More grungy taste, a bit rough, hint of aceticity. Rough on the tongue, want to scrape my tongue initially. Strange, and not so good, but improves as it warms and I sip it, it’s more season-like - pretty sure this was a saison yeast. Alcohol well hidden, and that impresses me ever so slightly, but it’s still not good.

Bottle 330ml (Saveur)
Hazy golden color, small white head. Honeyish, banana fruity and yeasty aroma. Medium-bodied. Medium-bodied. Sweetish apple-banana fruity flavor. Covers alcohol reasonably well. From the grains, mainly wheat dominates. Could use more hops.

I already forget the details of what this tasted like...because it didn’t impress me much. I was excited to find a smaller brewery on the shelf at my local Franprix, but a little disappointed. Thin body, yeasty aroma and taste. A guess a little citrus in there. Sort of a bland bitterness, not a sharp refreshing one.

330 ml bottle. SE401. BB 15/10/14. From saveur-biere.com.
I dropped the bottle just before opening... and I still opened the bottle... how stupid is that? Anyway it’s hazy brown coloured with a small off-white head. Spices, xmas, sweet malt and Dr Pepper in the aroma. The flavour is grainy malt, mild sweetness, mild bitterness and some spices. Not very impressive. Thin.
