Aroma fresh hop feel, amber malt with Belgian yeast character. Hint of bubble gum, malts at end.
Appearance red hint on amber. Large floaties in liquid. Medium large white top.
Flavor and Palate : Spicy yeast side, nutty with soft palate. Cellar like feel. Nutty malty finish. Good.

Strong beer (7% ABV) with a rich, complex flavour. The label says it contains 7 cereals, and to me there's clear evidence of much going on in the brew. Very satisfying, but my only disappointment was that I didn't have another bottle! One of the best french beers I've tasted. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Petite mousse blanche pour une belle carbonisation, une couleur très légèrement ambrée, des céréales, des épices, une bière très intéressante. 33 Cl biscuiterie de Camaret

Pours with giid carbonation but head disippates quickly. Interesting spiciness, very much fig and a bit clove, unusual in a light color beer with some cloudyness. Some banana yeast flavor, which compliments the spice well, true to the midevel label in flavor but lacks some body and head retention to make it stand up to the exellent label design. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Zarte Raucharomen. Mit den sieben Getreidesorten ein spannendes Bier!

Amber color, liquid a bit cloudy and good head. Aroma - banana, bread and some hops. Taste is very balanced (malt and hops) with good caramel notes. On the palate, very good carbonation and dry finish. Great beer!

Bottle in Paris. Smooth and fresh body. Yeasty, smooth but a bit sharp. Hints of grain, hints of floral hops with a strange sharp-sweetish-alcoholic body. Grainy dry aftertaste, sweetish-dry, somehow unround.

33cl bottle at our camp site in France. Hazy orange with a medium slightly off-white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Medium sweetness with some bitter tones. Caramel, malts, citrus, yeast, grain and herbs. An ok French brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
