(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a somewhat rough, white head. Tart, citrusy nose. Medium body, sweet’n’sour feel with distinct accents of elder flower - the typical earthy touches. No real bitterness. Thanks to fiulijn for this. 170406

Bottled 30cl. Courtesy of azlondon. It pours a beer with a huge head. Elderflower, raspberry and aniseed in the nose which is very inviting. There is a nice bite to the taste. Pleasant astringency. Yeast accented- which fits this beer in my opinion. Dry finish which is reminiscent of raspberry, blackberry and elderflower. Delicious. A top notch fruit beer. Big thanks azlondon!

Handbottled - courtesy of Ungstrup. Golden coloured. Unclear. Small off white head. Distinct elderflower aroma. Very sweet. Elderflowers in the flavour as well. Light sourness to counter the sweetness. Dry and refreshing. Is rather balanced, but a bit thin and watery. Ends on a dry acidic eldernote. Not

A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet and slightly acidic, while the flavor is of elderberries with a slight stint of acidity.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2004 Bottled, thanks Bov!
Clear pale golden. Aroma of elderflower. Sweetish and clean with strong elderflower flavour. Looks like elderflower lemonade, smells like elderflower lemonade and tastes like elderflower lemonade. Now, I quite like elderflowers, but would’ve like a bit less of that flavour.

Clear golden-yellow; slim white head. Fine, delicate vegetal nose that reminds me of summer wheat. No doubt it is the elderflower. There’s definitely an aroma of wheat, like for a Belgian wit. Taste is again, delicate sourish, not wheat-like this time, definitely flowery or fruity, bit like nectaring. Flavour of hay. Light to medium bodied. Nice tingling sensation, quite refreshing. Another very nice, remarkable beer. Laurent Mousson failed to convert me to Swiss beer a couple of years ago, Alex ’fiulijn’ is completely succeeding this time.

Hazy blond color. Nice fruity aroma; sweet muscadel. Fresh beer, the good base is enhanced by a delicate elderflower note, persistent. A very good one!
