Cloudy amber color; minimal head. Strong aniseed aroma. Highly carbonated, the aniseed and strong bitterness cover all the rest; the extreme dryness doesn’t help. Not a beer, it can be appreciated only by a true Marseillais.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is liqourice spiced and herbal absinth. Herbal, liqourice and absinth. High carbonation. Dry and spiced finish. Lasting liqourice flavoured.
