COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bière de Noël aux épices de pain d’épices
Subtile association entre le goût corsé des malts torréfiés et la douceur des épices (cannelle, gingembre, anis vert) elle est directement inspirée des senteurs et saveurs de nos fêtes de Noël. La pampille (fête en gaga stéphanois) saura enchanter vos papilles en les surprenant. Présentant une robe brune claire et un moelleux en bouche, elle se sert idéalement à 10-12 °C accompagnée de sucré-salés, de foie-gras ou de desserts chocolatés.

Robe ambrée assez sombre dont la faible carbo permet malgré tout d’alimenter un petit collet persistant. De bons arômes frais se dégagent, cannelle, raisin, anis, gimgembre et caramel. En bouche ce sont les épices qui dominent mais sans etre outrancières. Bien au contraire, c’est un subtil dosage qui exalte les flaveurs. Le final est un peu sec, et plus porte sur le café. Douce tout en restant ronde. Une très belle decouverte

Clear medium orange amber color with small body particles, a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, anis seed, moderate yeasty, spicy, yeasty, licorice - anis seed. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration.
