courtesy of Laurent Mousson and Dominique Javet - cloudy reddish-amber colour with a bad head retention; aroma of red fruits marmalade, almonds and with some malty tones underneath; clean palate and a good malt body; the initial sweetness is soon followed by a fair bitterness; long aftertaste where earthy and fruity tones can be met along with a nice hoppy reminiscence - subtle and robust at the same time: simply beautiful
