courtesy of Laurent Mousson - slightly hazy reddish-amber colour with a solid and persistent beige foam; aroma of lavender, herbs and a touch of pineapple; a robust carbonation and a good malt body; very bitter and dry aftertaste of herbs and mint quite unusual
