courtesy of Laurent Mousson and Dominique Javet - the beer surprised me and some cl. are jumped out of the bottle, commiting suicide on my table; oh well! Copper-red colour with a stable beige head which is leaving a beautiful lace; aroma of almonds and cream; a bit yeasty; rounded mouthfeel, some sweetness and slightly oily; a respectable bitterness; it finishes quite dry leaving long honeyish and light fruity notes; very balanced - another very good beer from Dominique!
