Medium go good off-white head; hazed orange-ochre beer. Mounting citrusaroma and fresh herbs or leaves. Very pungent spicy - vegetable (not so fresh any longer) - citrus flavours, with a serious cereal/malt/wheat underbuild. Warming up, bananaester. Fiery MF, rather well-bodied, and very wheat-slick. A Weizen pushing at the usual boundaries of its style. Extra points for originality! Grand merci à A. & D. pour les bouteilles!
