It was an intrigue, this beer. All the appearance of a blandish golden ale with the tangy aromatics and flavours of something a little sour and very interesting. Notes of nectarine, lemon, passionfruit and peaches in the aroma that were present in the flavour along with a tang of sourness. I could have consumed this beer four or five times over. Just lovely.

Pint from the Mailbox lincoln. Light Amber colour, with a thick creamy white head. Aroma hashtag typical begism yeast. The taste has this and a nice fruityness.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Golden colour, big white head, slight haze. Fruity aroma, may well be lychees. Otherwise hoppiness here is European and restrained, but good. Sweetish body, some yeasty funk, good balancing bitterness. Very drinkable.

Draught at The Florist, Bethnal Green on 18 Oct. Poured a light amber, with a slight haze and a halo of white head. Aroma of peaches, grain and Belgian yeast esters. Soft fruit flavours, with hay and bready malt. Finish was flowery, with some tinned fruit and mango sweetness.

Straight down the middle Blonde that’s very enjoyable. Hop flavour upfront which gives a passing bitterness that is quickly rounded off by a sweet honey finish. Well balanced and great with food.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of floral hops, light spices, hay and some bread. An ok one.

Bottle at John's in France. Clear orange-golden pour. Aroma is yeasty Belgian and apple juice. Taste is not as hoppy as hoped for. Tastes more like a full bodied lighter Belgian ale. Not bad but nothing special.
