Pours a transparent pale golden with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet sugary grapes and a touch of coriander. Starts very thin and sugary with some effervescent carbonation and grainy pale malty character with lots of light fruit sugary sweetness. Finishes dull and semi-bitter with some lingering coriander and astringency. Not a big fan of this. It definitely needs more body and complexity.

Bottle shared by OSCF. Thanks Todd. Apple and grape is what I taste the most. Kinda like a bad, slightly alcoholic fruit spritzer.

Nice looking blonde. Very grapey aroma and taste, as well as some notes of apple.

Thanks to Todd for sharing this beer. I like the sort of 1930s Soviet linework on the label, but that’s the best part of this beer, I’m afraid. Appearance is fine, a big lively blonde pour. Nose is semi-floral with a trace of honey and the mildest hint of hops. But the taste? Straight Sprite, yo. Weird.

Thanks to OSCF for sharing this weird and unique beer! Muddy blond pour. Big floral notes on the nose. Flavor is grainy, dry, and sweet.

Oh man, this was a weird beer. Most everyone else I tasted with kind of hated it, but I was sort of into it. Very floral nose, with aromas of some grain and white grapes (muscat, I guess). Spicy as well. Not very beer like, but unique and not bad in its own way.

Odd. Hazy, almost dirty looking haze light gold, slight head. Aroma is grain, orange, and grape. Flavor starts off grainy, almost wheaty, then moves into a ton of orange, the finish is then all white grape, but almost foxy in nature. There is also an almost aspartame like sweetness in the finish. This could have worked. It didn’t.

Bottle from Whole Foods - Fair Lakes on 05/17/2009. Slightly hazy golden body with a large rocky white head. Sweet spicy and fruity flavor, with some sugary notes. Very sweet sugary flavor with some grape notes and some spicy character. Medium body with moderately high carbonation and a very sugary finish.
