Bottle. [thanks to sysadm for bringing this from France]. Pours a light hazy golden. A fizzy head that quickly disappears. Aroma is very mild sweet with a slight touch of banana. Flavour is much better, kind of mild in its sweetness but well spiced with a peppery bitterness at the end.

Huge, yellow tinted sparkling head; dirty yellow beer. Faint coriander & vanilla, citrus notes, bananacream with vanilla for nose. In the taste I find again these smoked flavours, ashy, I found already in "La Pesca". Definitely the thumbprint of this brewery (yeast?). If the nose is classical wit enough, the taste certainly isn’t. The most usual is a little lemony finish. Light & refreshing but with a creamier texture than most wit. A wit, yes, but for me it has earned its right on existence for not being stereotypic.
