500 ml bottle from local IGA grocery A: cloves, citrusy/ orange, rubbery/smoky app: clear golden white head some lacing. T/p: med body with moderate long bitter finish. O: painful. Something’s wrong. Dp. Suggestion to the brewery would be to add a bbd date on the bottle.

341ml bottle. Dirty cloudy copper body, medium white head with poor retention. Aroma of tropical fruits, lots of spices, floral hops, citruses. Taste is yeasty, with a good malt sweetness backbone and a decent amount of resinous herbal hops, chloride and peppercorn. Light but flavorful.

Hum...! Blé..? texture modeste. Effervescence moyenne. Je cherche encore une saveur dominante. Assez décevant

probstblueribbon (3100) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 6, 2014
341 ml bottle from Broue Ha Ha, served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Murky amber with a frail off-white head. Aroma: Tropical fruits and resin/pine, a bit spicy, nice hop profile with minimal malt input. Palate: Medium body, with fairly full, fine carbonation. Flav.: More stark than the nose, still has some nice tropical and pine/resin notes, still somewhat spicy, come off a bit thin, somehow; dry with fair bitterness, lower than expected based on the hop presence in the nose and flavour, has a lighter spicy/piney finish.

Different. Fairly good.

Eructoblaster (3143) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 28, 2014
Bottle - 341ml. Cloudy golden body with an average white frothy head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with citrusy and yeasty hints. Its sharp taste carries grainy, piney, and coriander notes. Ends with a good bitter/grainy finish. Enjoyable.

Boutip (4920) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 1, 2014
Bottle: Poured a hazy dark dirty yellow color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of wheat malt with light residual sugar notes is quite enjoyable. Taste is a mix of dominating wheat malt with some light residual sugar and some fruity ester. Body is quite full for style with a good amount of carbonation. Very enjoyable wheat ale but missing a little something in the ester to truly transcend the style.

GonZoBeeR (2959) - Ste-Eulalie, Quebec, CANADA - APR 16, 2014
