A golden ale with a thin white head. A strong grainy malt aroma with earthy nutty notes, like unroasted coffee beans, and a bit of oxidation. In mouth, a grainy sweet malt with light honey notes, light grassy hops, oily, a bit cloying, some nuttyness develops later. 2.39$ bottle from Grand Duc.

2009-06-05. Crisp yellow body with a small white head. Mild aroma, muted light yeast and a touch of not quite fruity notes. Flavour is light, sweet malt base, light yeast and esters, glimpses of light florals, like orange blossom, in the finish. Average plus palate is smooth and more full bodied than expected, pleasantly so. Decent but just okay. On tap at the brewpub, Montreal

Bottle. Pours a just hazy golden amber with a medium sized white head. Faint light citrus aromas. Thin to medium bodied, lightly sweet, a little grassy.. Finishes with a very light bitterness. Nothing overly interesting, but drinkable.

Tap at the brewpub. Pale blonde colour. Thick white head. Aroma is very light. Fresh and lightly bready. A bit of light herbal hoppiness. A little bit of floral zestiness, but this is quite light. A bit biscuity. Pretty simple.

Draught at Les Brasseurs De Montréal, Montréal, QC. Pours a clear yellow with a small semi-lasting white head. Mild grainy aroma along with some light grassy hops. Flavour’s also mild and follows the aroma. Average bodied. It’s a bit dull but it’s reasonably well done for the style.
